Meet our Team
We are delighted to welcome our new chaplain, Sara Davies, who was licensed on 30 November 2025.
Sara attended Liverpool University on leaving school where she studied Zoology and trained as a nurse. Her nursing career was based around 'Care of the Elderly' and she became a Research Nurse working on drugs for dementia. She also has a Master's Degree in Medical Science. With a husband in the RAF and three small children, Sara spent years caring for her family which ultimately included her mother, and undertaking voluntary work. A lifelong Christian, Sara became an Authorised Lay Minister in her local church in Lincolnshire, going on to study at Lincoln School of Theology where she undertook Reader training. Feeling called to training for Ordination and having gone through the selection process, Sara was Ordained in 2019 and has ministered in rural parishes in Lincolnshire. Her last position gave her oversight of twelve rural churches (and a grave yard!).

Knowing Puerto Pollensa a little from recent holidays, Sara felt called to ministry here and is keen to get to know the local community, lead a variety of worship services and provide pastoral care. She is also looking forward to meeting the many visitors who attend St. Andrew's at different times of the year, including those who return regularly.
We have a permanent lay reader, Vicky Pacey.

Vicky first arrived in Puerto Pollensa in 1999 with her family on a sailboat. Opportunities and the direction of God meant that she settled here in 2001.
Vicky came to faith in 2011 and was confirmed in the same year. She felt God's call to minister to the church community and trained as a reader. She has a particular gift for getting alongside people at their time of need.
Vicky has her own business maintaining boats and holiday properties.
